As a SR, you will be assigned a geographic territory by your DSM. You can use whatever means are necessary for you to prospect your territory. You will be given the proper tools to be successful. You are expected to participate in weekly/monthly conference calls as designated by your DSM. As your sales consistently reach Goal, you may be considered for advancement to a District level. This will enhance your responsibilities, as well as increase your already lucrative income. SR’s are monitored on individual production. Your DSM will set your production goals. This opportunity will allow the right person Growth along with a Very Lucrative Income! * SR Average sales: (after ramp up) 1 - 2 new accounts per week. REQUIREMENTS: - Seeking a Professional individual that likes to work independently, who can communicate and connect with prospects. - Seeking a driven, organized self starter who possesses a strong desire for SUCCESS. - Must be an entrepreneurial driven individual. - Must have home based office, operate from home computer, laptop & or cell phone. - Experience in outside sales, cold calling, independent performance, and overall people skills are helpful. - Direct local Sales & Marketing Campaigns, to include on site promotions. SUPPORT: - Marketing, Training, Product Samples, Closing Assistance, Flexible hours, Conference Calls… NO Caps. - Looking for REAL Salespeople … Not Afraid of 100% Commission! COMPENSATION: $60K-$100K 1st Yr. avg.
+ Weekly / Monthly Bonus + Residual Income.
